The Mood Disorders Association of Ontario offers free peer support and recovery programs to people living with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. We also offer support for family members.

Toronto Drop-in Group: LGBTQ Peer Support Group

This is a free peer support drop-in group for those in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer community who are living with a mood disorder. Please join us and learn that you are not alone!

Hamilton Peer Support: Mood Menders Support Services - St. Joseph's Healthcare Meeting

Meetings are held for both individuals with a mood disorder and their supporters are held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Sharing, coping skills, providing support and networking with others facing similar challenges.  See the attached brochure for more details.
