An 8 week educational recovery group for those interested in understanding and developsing tools to cope with depression and anxiety.
- How thoughts, feelings and behaviours contribute to depression and anxiety.
- How to manage thoughts, feelings and behaviours related to depression and anxiety
- Strategies to better manage stress, worry and anger
Sessions will take place on the follwoing Tuesdays from 4:00 to 6:30 pm
- November 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th;
- December 4th, 11th;
- January 8th, 15th
