From Mind, Mood and Memory that I subscribe to. (from Massachusetts General Hospital)

-probiotics - small study showed less social anxiety when subjects ate more foods containing probiotics like yoghurt, sauerkraut, pickles, kefir

-prebiotics (non digestible food)

-foods containing zinc

-foods containing tryptophan, like turkey

-foods containing folate

-foods containing magnesium

-foods containing omega - 3 fatty acids

-complex carbohydrates
