I'm one of the warmup comics.   :o

Laughing Like Crazy Fall 2015 Grad Show

Featuring stand-up comedy performances by graduates of the 22nd Laughing Like Crazy Program.
Writing comedy about experiences in the mental health system is crazy.
That's why we do it!

Doors open at 6:30 pm

Bloor Collegiate Institute, Auditorium

I was nervous, but I got pills for that.

They applauded DURING a joke for the first time (?).  Not all of them applauded, but a lot.

I'll tell you the joke later....

Hello Peter. You are too modest.  I've seen enough of your material and a few of your deliveries to know that a lot of people laugh at your jokes. Your jokes do tend to be a little different, but that is what makes them funny. Anyone who didn't laugh just doesn't have a well developed sense of humour. 

 As you know I've been to many of the LLC shows and you are certainly better than many I have heard.  I've also watched you entertain total strangers with your handouts and novelties. Anyone who can entertain even some strangers is pretty good. Keep on entertaining people, you do good. Take Care. paul m

We did a show March 29 at U of T for grad students.  They were on a mental health/stress relief and such seminar.
Not so lively - maybe they were tired from the seminar - probably role playing, filling out forms, discussion.
