Self-help and support group offering education and discussions for people dealing with depression, bi-polar, and anxiety disorders.This group works towards reducing stigma within the group as well as in the community.. 

Next Meeting

  • PLEASE NOTE:  Our new meeting place (effective October 1st) is on Carden Street across from City Hall.  There is a BIG "10C" on the door and it's beside Eric the Baker Coffee Shop.  Doors lock at 7:10 pm.  Meetings are still on Tuesday evenings from 7 to 9 pm.  New location -same meeting format.
  • There is plenty of parking in the City Lot on Macdonnell Street (free after 6 pm).  Macdonnell is one block north of Carden in Downtown Guelph.

 This new location is FULLY ACCESSIBLE.

 

Guests and family/support persons are always welcome to attend.
