"You have to accept whatever comes and the only important thing is that you meet it with courage and with the best that you have to give; as courage in the present brings hope for the future."

Eleanor Roosevelt

As we enter a new month of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ontario Government, City of Toronto and health organizations are introducing new measures to control the spread and risk of infection, the situation on the ground continues to change rapidly as none of us has been through this before.

At Hope and Me -MDAO, we hold the health and safety of our clients, participants, staff, volunteers, and communities as our top priority. As a result, our offices will remain closed until further notice, and we will continue to work virtually to support you through these challenging times, where uncertainly and social isolation can be extremely challenging.

We will continue offering group peer supports online as follows:

  •  General Peer Support Group: Mondays 1 PM-3 PM
  •  Depression and Anxiety Peer Support group: Tuesdays 7 PM-8:50 PM
  • Family Members and Supporter group: every other Tuesday 7 PM-8:50 PM
  • Youth and Young Adult Peer Support group: Wednesdays 7 PM-8:50 PM
  • LGBTQ Peer Support group: 1st and 3rd Wednesday 7 PM-8:50PM
  • Women Peer Support Group: Thursdays 1 PM-3 PM
  • OCD Peer Support Group: every other Thursday 7 PM-8:50 PM
