About me…

I am a retired management professional, who studied Human Resources Management and Community Studies at Ryerson University in Toronto Ontario. Currently enrolled in Masters of Education - Adult Learning at Yorkville University as part of my commitment to being a life long learner.

Despite a very successful career in management and community work, I eventually became a victim of the mental health challenge that has plagued of my family for many generations.  I believe in wellness and recovery because the process has saved my life.

Now I am very passionate about my mental health as well as making positive contributions to the overall wellness of others.  My personal life goal is to model what's like  to live well, feel well and function well despite experiencing several traumatic  life events.

What I do…

Currently, I am Peer Support Worker, Certified Advance Level WRAP Facilitator, Laughing Like Crazy/Crazier and Peer Support. I also facilitate certification in these wellness programs across Ontario.
