It's Mental Illness Awareness Week, a time for all of us to talk about mental health and what each one of us can do to ensure people living with a mental illness and/or addiction get the support and care they deserve.

One of the people featured in the national Mental Illness Awareness Week campaign is a volunteer with the Mood Disorders Association. Harmony Brown has worked with us to educate high school students about the signs and symptoms of mental illness, and how to get support. She's also one of the 25 people featured in our coffee table-style book "Dancing in the Rain: 25 Stories of Hope, Healing and Recovery".

Check out Harmony's feature story on the Mental Illness Awareness Week website.
