The Mood Disorders Association of Ontario offers free peer support and recovery programs to people living with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. We also offer support for family members.

The OCD Psycho-Ed Peer Support Group for Families and Friends

Do you have a loved one who demonstrates excessive behaviours?

Does your loved one seek ongoing reassurance?

This group supports families and friends who are concerned that a loved one may be struggling with OCD.

Hamilton Peer Support Group: Mood Menders Support Services

Meetings are held for both individuals with a mood disorder and their supporters are held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Tuesday of the month.  Sharing, coping skeills, providing support and networking with others facing similar challenges.  See the attached brochure for more details.

Toronto Drop-In: WRAP for Families Alumni Peer Support

This group is for people who have completed the WRAP for Families program at the MDAO and are looking to engage in mutual peer support with other WRAP for Families alums. Whether you’re looking for a WRAP “booster session” to brush up on your wellness tools or want to build your support network, this is the group for you!

Dates: The fourth Wednesday of every month, from 6pm to 8pm., beginning September 28, 2016.

Registration is not mandatory, but please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Richmond Hill Peer Support: Markham Area Mood Disorders Association

This group is for people dealing with clinical depression, bipolar disorder or an anxiety disorder, whether as mental-health consumer/survivors or supporters of such.

The group meets twice a month at alternating sites, in members' homes in Richmond Hill and Vaughn.
Members receive meeting invitations via either e-mail or telephone.

Mississauga Peer Support Group: BPD Connects Inc.

BPD Connects Inc. is a support group dedicated to those who suffer directly or indirectly from Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety and depression.

The group meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday  of the month.

Offer one-to-one peer support to individuals who may prefer that, over meeting in a group setting.
