The Mood Disorders Association of Ontario offers free peer support and recovery programs to people living with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. We also offer support for family members.

Georgetown Peer Support: Equilibrium Georgetown

Equilibrium Georgetown meets the fouth Wednesday of every month (Sept to June), and often features a guest speaker followed by group discussion

This is a support group for youth and young adults aged 16 - 30 affected by a mood disorder.

Meets every Wednesday, 7:00pm to 8:50pm

London Peer Support Group: The London and Region Mood Disorder's Self Help Group

The London Mood Disorders Group meets every Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

On the 4th Wednesday of the month, you are welcome to bring someone of support to you.
No registration and drop-ins are welcome!

Youth Living Well

Youth Living Well is an interpersonal skills-building group for youth and young adults aged 16-29 who are affected by mood disorders and related issues. This open-ended group meets twice a month and focuses on relationship issues with immediate family members, friends, and other close supporters. 

Youth Living Well incorporates facilitated peer support, discussions, and group exercises centered around topics such as: stigma, assertiveness, active listening, and personal boundaries.

Early Intervention Family Forum

This is a peer support/psychoeducational group for family members and supporters with a loved one experiencing psychosis. You will receive support, psychoeducational tools and resources to cope with your loved one's psychosis. This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday each month from 7:00 - 8:50 p.m. at 36 Eglinton Ave West, Suite 602.

Toronto Drop-in Group: Substance Use and Mood Disorder Support Group

A non-judgmental drop-in peer support group for anyone living with concurrent disorder (the combination of mood disorders and substance use/addiction issues). We welcome folks in all stages of wellness and recovery, meaning the group is open to both those who are currently using and those who are abstaining. (However, we do require sober attendance).

Meetings: The first and third Monday of each month, from 7:00 to 8:50 p.m.

Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour Peer Support Group

A peer support group for individuals identifying as a person of colour. This is a respecful and safe space to discuss mental health challenges, as they relate to the complex identities and experiences of racial minorities in Ontario.

This group runs on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 1:00-3:00 pm and the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 7:00-8:50 pm.

Toronto Drop-In: Depression and Anxiety Group
