Peer Support is for people coping with the isolating effects of mental health issues and stigma. One-on-One Peer Support is for anyone who wishes to connect with another individual with lived experience in a wellness-based environment. The program's aim is to provide support through people who understand what it's like to live with mental health issues.

Currently, we are offering one-on-one peer support, either in person, by phone, or via viseo conferencing every Wednesday afternoon, from 1 to 4. Support will be given on a first-come first-served basis. Please call  (416) 486-8046 to book an appointment, and to reserve yourself a spot.
