Not procrastinating as much lately.

Didn't occur to me right away why - from doing yoga lately!   ;D  (the yoga makes me feel better somehow)

I've done yoga off and on for years and years.

Starting again, but slowly....10-15 minutes a day for now.....AND, I do it when I wake up. 

I only did it in the evening before....maybe when I get up makes a difference....

Hi Peter,
 wanted to try it but never did. My mother-in-law loved it.

Chair yoga first?

Don't know much about chair yoga, though.
