Peer Support for Youth with Mood Disorders Ages 18-28

This group is for you if:

  • You want to talk to others that have been there
  • You want to learn creative strategies to help you in your recovery
  • You are open to exploring how creative self‐expression through art and music can help you manage stress

In this group you will have the chance to:

  • talk to others that have been there
  • learn creative strategies to help you in your recovery
  • explore how creative self-expression through art and music can help you manage stress

This group may be for you if you are between 18-28, have a diagnosis of depression, bipolar or psychosis, or do not have a diagnosis but struggle with some of the following symptoms:

  • Feelings of sadness/hopelessness/low energy
  • Mood swings from low to high and feeling elated and really energetic
  • Extreme irritability that is affecting relationships and your ability to cope
  • Racing thoughts, trouble concentrating, high anxiety, difficulty sleeping

Registration is required, please call by September 5th.
