Dr. Sagar Parikh, Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto and award-winning researcher and educator, will provide insights into how depression research and treatment are changing.

Ms. Meredith Cass, previous co-facilitator of Depression Support Group at North Bramalea United Church, member of Family Advisory Panel with CAMH, will talk about her own personal journey of recovery and how it has shaped her present life and positive outlook on life.
