Bipolar Self Management Community Consultations – Ottawa, Kingston & Toronto
Do you live with bipolar disorder? CREST.BD and MDAO will be hosting bipolar self management community consultations in Ottawa, Kingston and Toronto from May 30 – June 2. Please join Mental Health Educator Victoria Maxwell and Researchers Dr. Erin Michalak and Dr. Greg Murray for a free workshop on bipolar disorder self-management. The event will:
- Support individualized healthcare and
- Empower people with bipolar disorder to manage and improve their health.
To take part, you must
- have a diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder (I, II, NOS);
- be 19 years of age or older;
- be comfortable communicating in English; and
- be a resident of Canada.

These research consultations will take place at the following locations and times. Light food, refreshments and an honorarium will be provided for participants. If you would like to attend as a research participant, you must pre-register for these events by contacting:
